NR-ADVRE2 2 Year Advance Replacement
Overview
The goal of the Advance Replacement option is to minimize any down-time you might have during emergency situations where WTI equipment is unresponsive or non-functioning. If your unit fails we send a replacement unit so you do not have to wait for a repair or warranty exchange. We will ship a replacement unit via FedEx Priority Overnight the next business day. Replacements will ship the same business day if your request is approved before 11 AM Pacific Time.
How it works: Call WTI Sales Engineers at 1-800-854-7226, Ext. 1 or email info@wti.com to have Technical Support issue an RMA# after determining the unit needs to be replaced. WTI will verify the purchase of your Advance Replacement with the unit serial number and ship a replacement unit via FedEx Priority Overnight. A pre-paid FedEx return shipping label will be included to return the replaced unit.
Details: 2-Year Advance Replacement can only be purchased for each new WTI product sold within the USA and Canada. 2-Year Advance Replacement is valid for 2 years from the date of original purchase from WTI on qualified products. 2-Year Advance Replacement must be purchased within (30) days of the original unit purchase. WTI Technical Support must first determine if the unit should be replaced, receive the serial number of the faulty unit and ship-to location before issuing an RMA# and initiating shipment of a replacement unit.
Replacement A replacement unit will only be shipped to USA or Canada locations. If the unit with 2-Year Advance Replacement is deployed outside the USA or Canada, the unit must be returned to your USA or Canada location before returning to WTI. A replacement unit will be shipped the next business day from the time we receive your request and verify the faulty unit needs replacement. If WTI Technical Support determines the unit needs replacement before 11 AM Pacific Time your replacement will ship the same business day. A replacement unit will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. If shipping destination is in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada please allow one extra business day for delivery. A pre-paid FedEx return label will be included with the replacement unit. Upon receipt, you have (30) days to return the faulty unit or you will be invoiced the full purchase price of the replacement unit.
