Return Policy

WTI has a 30-day return policy on factory direct purchases unless other terms and conditions are specified on an official quote. The following conditions must be met on qualified purchases for returns to be accepted:

• Products must be returned within 30 days after your factory direct purchase.
• Products must be returned in saleable condition, with no mechanical or cosmetic damage.
• Products must be returned in original factory packaging or repackaged in a manner that will prevent damage during shipment.
• Any cables, adapters or accessories that were included with the product must also be returned.
