At WTI, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are top priorities. To keep our employees healthy and safe while providing customers with the highest quality products and support we have made the following adjustments.
Orders & Shipments
All departments will be available, including customer support, during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. Orders may be placed by contacting a WTI sales engineer or through wti.com and will be given priority based on customer requests and product availability, regardless of the shipping method selected. Please contact info@wti.com for immediate requests.
Our Facility & Manufacturing
WTI will continue limiting physical entry to our production facility in Irvine, California as required by state and local authorities. Essential service protocols recommended by the state have been implemented to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and create a safer environment.
Supply Chain
WTI has always taken a proactive and conservative approach when sourcing raw materials. We continue to see minimal disruption to our component supply chain and confident our production and support capacity will remain strong. We will continue to monitor our supply chain logistics and keep our customers informed.
