Cisco UCS Power Management

Cisco UCS Power Management

Delivering and managing power to your UCS infrastructure is key to maintaining availability and reducing total cost of ownership. Implementing the correct power redundancy architecture and delivering an effective monitoring and response solution drastically increases the survivability of your Cisco UCS hardware.

Managed Power for Cisco UCS

Cisco UCS servers use multiple power policy settings to satisfy varying power requirements. WTI PDU’s help enforce these policies, provide visibility and remotely control power on PSU’s to reduce downtime and maximize efficiency.

Managed Power for Cisco UCS

  • Per Outlet Metering & Switching
  • Circuit Breaker Protection Per Outlet
  • CLI, Web, SNMP, RESTful API, Ansible, Python

FREE DEMO

WTI products can be demo'd through any of the following 3 options:

DOWNLOAD a pre-configured version of the WTI centralized management software(WMU). This will give you 24x7 access to live units in our demo lab.

SCHEDULE A WEBEX with a WTI product engineer. A WTI engineer will show you how to login and control live units in our demo lab.

REQUEST AN EVAL UNIT Test a WTI product of your choice in your own lab.

WTI PDU’s are installed at the rack level between the power source and your Cisco UCS blade, rack & storage servers. WTI has different PDU model options to accommodate the power redundancy architecture of your facility and ultimately the power source(s) available to each rack. A WTI PDU receives input power supply from the main utility, generator, breaker panel or battery backup power source such as a UPS. Each PSU from your Cisco UCS chassis plugs directly into a WTI PDU which then provides circuit breaker protection, monitoring & power control capabilities at the individual outlet level.
