The following parameters must be enabled on the WTI device you wish to add to the Netreach Inventory:
- Port 443 for HTTPS should be enabled to access the unit. Issue /n and select option for Web Access and enable HTTPS and Web Term.
- Use the same username and password to login to Netreach App as the one you are using to login to the WTI unit.
- Restful API must be enabled for the user under the user directory
/f >user directory>modify (if existing) or Add User (if new)>Service Access>enable Restful API Access
To discover the unit, click on the + Units button and then add the IP range. Click on Add to add the selected units into inventory.
- If you are having trouble finding units that you know are accessible try increasing the request timeout to 45 seconds from the settings on the Netreach application.
